Steven Cail

CEO
Steven Cail is a senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience working across a broad range of business environments, encompassing banking, resources, retail and FMCG. Steven is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) who holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University.
 
As an executive leader at General Motors, Carter Holt Harvey, Calendar Cheese Company and Target Australia, Steven has managed P&L accounts of up to $1b. He has specialist expertise in implementing commercial strategies for growth while building opportunities to improve stakeholder engagement and drive business processes.

Steven was appointed Chief Executive Officer of The Food Revolution Group (ASX: FOD) in July 2021 following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in March 2021.  

Steven is a people-first leader, and creative innovator shaping how a business can positively impact the communities in which it operates and consistently deliver results.

Ashley Bottrell

Chief Financial Officer
Ashley Bottrell is an experienced finance professional with over 15 years of experience in retail, FMCG and entertainment. He is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Financial Planning) and has a specialist certificate in mortgage broking, banking, and financial support services.

As a finance leader at Village Roadshow and Target Australia, Ashley has held key appointments as senior tax accountant and financial controller along with responsibility for P&L accounts of up to $3b.

Most recently, Ashley was the Head of Finance and IT at Emirates Leisure Retail for Australia and New Zealand.

Ashley provides deep commercial and operational experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic cash efficiency, corporate governance, and financial system design. He is committed to leading high-performing teams to produce quality financial information to management and investors.

Ashley was appointed to the leadership team as Chief Financial Officer of The Food Revolution Group (ASX: FOD) in 2022.

Ralf Huempel

Marketing Director
Ralf Huempel is a senior marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in media and FMCG. He gained a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and has a Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing and Strategy from RMIT University, Melbourne.

As an executive leader at LION, CAPI, and Twinnings, Ralf has held positions in innovation, marketing, commercial and corporate strategy, and general management.

In 2020, Ralf was appointed as Marketing Director of The Food Revolution Group (ASX: FOD). Over the last 20 months, he has successfully created and launched four new to category wellness segments and significantly changed the business from being a juice-based business to a wellness brands company with an agile and authentic consumer-first mindset.

Nick Stoikos

Commercial Director
Nick Stoikos is a commercial executive with 25 years of experience within blue chip and FMCG environments. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from Monash University, Melbourne.

As a senior commercial leader, Nick has held appointments as head of sales and business development, national business, and commercial management with market leading organisations such as Carter Holt Harvey/Bowater Tissue and Mondelez international.

Prior to joining The Food Revolution Group (ASX: FOD) in 2020, Nick was a key member of the Mondelez Supply Chain Leadership team where over the last two year he held the positions of the Associate Director of Demand / Customer Logistics Development and Associate Director of CSL Centre of Excellence.

Anthony Rosano

Site Manager
Anthony Rosano is a senior site and factory manager with over 28 years of experience in FMCG. He has a Bachelor of Science (Biological, Microbiology and Biochemistry) from La Trobe University, and a Graduate Certificate in Quality Management from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne.

As manager at Moondarra Cheese and Lemnos Foods, Anthony led multiple operations and teams. Prior to this, he held the positions as Quality Control Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, and Productions Superintendent at Ingham Enterprises Australia for 13 years.

Anthony was appointed as Site Manager of The Food Revolution Group (ASX: FOD) in 2019.

Daniela Stojanoska

Finance Manager and Company Secretary
Daniela Stojanoska is a finance professional with nine years of experience in FMCG. She is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Professional Accountancy from RMIT University, Melbourne.

Daniela joined The Food Revolution Group (ASX: FOD) in 2016 and has held the positions as Financial and Senior Accountant. During her time with the company, she has been involved in many projects including cost reduction initiatives through manufacturing and operational efficiencies.

Daniela provides strategic analysis for senior management in determining project viability and company profitability and prepares financial statements and special reports for the company stakeholders.

As well as her financial reporting responsibilities in her current role as Finance Manager, she is also the Company Secretary and provides guidance to the Board on corporate governance principles and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Daniela is a key member of the leadership team.
